Remote Coaching Programme

A ‘One to One’ Executive Coaching Programme

£2,500 GBP (plus VAT if applicable)

• All sessions run via Zoom or Skype or FaceTime
• Initial Goal Setting Call (usually with both the Coachee and the Sponsoring Manager)
• Three, one to one, structured coaching calls (typically one per month)
• Coaching Report issued after each session, to record progress (a one page summary of key points)
• Coachee is allowed unlimited emails in between calls for questions, updates and ‘check ins’
• Sponsoring Manager has access to Coach to provide on-going feedback and observations
• Final Review conference call to assess results (with the Coach, Coachee and the Sponsoring Manager)
